Join us for some fun as we play unique games inside the Library. Kids of all ages are welcome.

Join us as we "Build A Better House" with the 3 Little Pigs during a fun, interactive Story Time on Monday, July 10th at 10:30 AM.

Join us Wednesday, August 9^th at 10:30 AM at the Library as we meet Sergeant, a therapy dog and his owner, Audrey. They will share information about training, duties of a therapy dog, obedience and ownership. All are invited to this free presentation. 

Join us Tuesday, August 15th at 10:30 AM at the Library for Story Time Adventures to prepare for the solar eclipse. Learn what an eclipse is, what it's like when it happens, and how to safely view the eclipse. Anyone is welcome to attend this free event.

Do you want to learn to crochet or swap patterns with experienced crocheters? Tuesday mornings at 10:00 AM, a crochet group will be meeting weekly at the Fort Recovery Public Library. A new, user-friendly, app is waiting for you. Meet Libby, an app from Overdrive, where you can check out digital books and audiobooks for Free with just your library card. Libby is available for Apple and android devices. We are happy to help. Just stop by the Library. 

The book discussion Wednesday, November 6th, at 10:30 AM, will be about the book "An Unwanted Guest", by Shari Lapena. Anyone is welcome to participate in the discussion. 

Doug Waller, an Ohio resident and founder of the Southeastern Ohio Society for Bigfoot Investigation, will be at the Library for a presentation on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at 6:00 pm. The purpose of the organization is to provide a safe, open forum for Bigfoot believers and eyewitnesses. Anyone is welcome to join us for this free presentation sponsored by the Friends of the Library. 

The Friends of the Library will be hosting a Pumpkin Painting evening at the Fort Recovery Public Library on Tuesday, October 10^th. There will be three sessions for patrons to choose from and the cost for the event is $1.00 per child. There is no charge for members of the Friends of the Library. Each session runs for 45 minutes and the beginning times are 4:30 PM, 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Please pre-register for this event by calling the Library at 419-375-2869.
